By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you understand and comply with the following terms and conditions listed below:

GENERAL:

  • I have the right to reject and refuse any request or order I am uncomfortable with.

  • My work is to be used for personal use only, so no commercial use and product may be sold of my work.

  • Your finished commission will be posted on my social media accounts and used for promotion and examples of my work. If you would like to keep your commission private please let me know.

  • My work is not to be used for AI training or NFTs.

  • Characters and subjects I can draw:

  • - Humanoids

  • - Furries

  • - Ponies

  • - Simple ferals

  • - Mild ~ moderate gore

  • - Ship art

  • - Suggestive art

  • Characters and subjects I cannot draw:

  • - Mechas

  • - Heavy gore

  • - Hate art

  • - Political art

  • - Fetish & NSFW

PAYMENT:

  • All payments must be made through Ko-fi or Paypal in USD.

  • Full payment upfront.

  • No refunds unless I am unable to complete your commission.

WAIT TIME:

  • Depending on complexity, commission can take from a few weeks to a couple of months to complete.

  • I am a full time student, so sometimes I may take multiple months to complete commissions.

  • If your commission has a deadline, please let me know as soon as possible.
